Terms and conditions to participate

1. Only customers who have deposited and played with S/50 or more throughout the week will participate. If they incurred losses, they will receive a 4% refund of those losses.

2. Participants will enter a random draw among all those who meet the requirements. Data will be validated at that moment. Winners will be contacted internally via phone, WhatsApp, or email. They will also be announced on our social media platforms.

3. Once the winner of the draw/campaign is known, Meridianbet will contact them by email to officially announce the win. Immediately after, we will reach out via phone to arrange delivery dates and pickup location.

4. If the winner does not respond to calls within two days after the draw, Meridianbet will award the prize to the alternate winner, who will follow the same procedure for prize delivery.

5. Once the delivery date and pickup location are confirmed, the winner has 5 calendar days to collect the prize. After this date, the prize will return to the main office and the winner will be notified by email.

6. If the prize returns to the office, the winner will have 3 additional days to collect it. If the deadline expires, Meridianbet reserves the right to cancel the delivery and make the prize available for future campaigns, notifying the winner by email once the deadline has passed.

7. It is necessary and mandatory for the winner to sign the delivery form upon receiving the prize, which serves as proof of receipt for the purchasing department.

8. Each customer may participate in the promotion only once.

9. Prizes may vary depending on availability and stock.

Terms and conditions to participate in the bonus:

1. The 4% that will be credited to the customer's account will depend on the deposits and losses of the week.

2. The bonus will be credited every Tuesday of the current year to the accounts of the eligible customers.
3. The bonus is valid for 48 hours after being accepted; after this period, it will be automatically removed if not used in full.
4. The promotion is valid from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025.

Terms and conditions for the use of the BONUSES:

• Customers with a bonus balance or ongoing bonuses, as well as customers with blocked accounts, are not eligible to participate.
• All tickets made with the bonus must contain at least 4 events, with a minimum odds of 1.50 for each event.
• The maximum bet per ticket is 10 soles.
• The maximum winnings per ticket are 15 soles.
• System bets and turbo cash are not allowed.
• The bonus is not valid for playing KINELO and other number games.
• All tickets must meet the mentioned betting conditions.
• If the customer has more than one account, they will lose access to the promotion.
• If suspicious transactions or activities are detected, the customer will automatically lose the option to participate in the promotion.
• Meridian reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion or to end the promotion at any time.
• Meridian reserves the right to block the customer's account bets if improper use of the bonus is detected or attempts to exploit errors in the odds or events of the system. Examples of this include:

* Placing repetitive bets on events with odds errors.
* Betting on odds below the minimum allowed with the bonus.
* Making many bets on the same event.
* Repeatedly attempting to bet when the event is live and blocked.
