Terms and conditions to participate​:

1. The participant must make at least one deposit of S/50 or more and play 100% of their deposit.
2. Only customers who have deposited and played S/50 or more, with their bets resolved, whether winning or losing, within the promotion's validity period, are eligible to participate.
3. Participants will enter a random draw among all those who meet the requirements. Data will be validated at that moment. Winners will be contacted internally by phone, WhatsApp, or email. They will also be announced on our social media.
4. Once the winner of the draw/campaign is known, Meridianbet will contact them by email to officially announce the win. Immediately after, we will reach out via phone to arrange delivery dates and pickup location.
5. If the winner does not respond to calls within two days after the draw, Meridianbet will award the prize to the alternate winner, who will follow the same procedure for prize delivery.
6. Once the delivery date and pickup location are confirmed, the winner has 5 calendar days to collect the prize. After this date, the prize will return to the main office, and the winner will be notified by email.
7. If the prize returns to the office, the winner will have 3 additional days to collect it. If the deadline expires, Meridianbet reserves the right to cancel the delivery and make the prize available for future draws, notifying the winner by email once the deadline has passed.
8. It is necessary and mandatory for the winner to sign the delivery form upon receiving the prize, which serves as proof of receipt for the purchasing department.
9. General terms and conditions apply.
10. Each customer can participate in the promotion only once.

Campaign validity:

• The promotion is valid only for deposits and plays made from 21/12/2024 to 17/01/2025. The more deposits you make, the higher your chances of winning.

AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MATERIAL FOR ADVERTISING OR MARKETING

1. The winning customers agree to provide/collaborate with material for Marketing for Meridianbet.

2. They grant permission for the use of images, photographs, and videos of their participation.

3. Winners agree to attend on the date set by Meridianbet for the creation of audiovisual content. In case the beneficiary does not attend and/or does not communicate within 4 hours before or after the failure to comply with the aforementioned, the awarded prize will be revoked, and a new winner will be selected through a new internal draw and/or as deemed appropriate by Meridianbet.

4. The winner must comply with the base schedule to ensure their transportation, entry, and accommodation. They must be attentive to communications during the trip.
