5. Once the winner of the sweepstakes/campaign is known, Meridianbet will contact the winner by mail. We will then contact the winner by phone to arrange delivery dates and pick-up location.
6. If the winner does not answer the calls during two days after the drawing, Meridianbet will award the prize to the alternate, who will follow the same procedure for the delivery.
7. Once the delivery date and pick up place are known, the winner has 5 calendar days to pick up the prize from the place; once the date is reached, the prize will be returned to the main office and the winner will be notified by mail.
8. If the prize is returned to the office, the winner will have 3 additional days to pick it up, after the deadline Meridianbet reserves the right to cancel the delivery and make the prize available to be drawn in future campaigns; in addition to be notified by mail at the expiration of the deadline.
