- The maximum time to receive a response from the winner is 17:00. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
- The winner must wait for confirmation when the prize is in one of our stores (prior coordination) and will have 5 days to pick it up. If he/she does not arrive to pick it up within the indicated period, he/she will have to contact the initial advisor to coordinate the pick up in our offices.
- The winner accepts the option to take a picture with the prize if necessary.
- If the winner exceeds the waiting time to pick up their prize, meridianbet reserves the right to cancel the delivery.
