Winners will be contacted on the Whatsapp number with which they registered on the Meridianbet account.
Winners must be residents of Lima. 
The winner must wait for confirmation when the prize is in one of our shops (prior coordination) and will have 5 days to pick it up. If the winner does not arrive to pick it up in the indicated time, he/she must contact the initial advisor to coordinate the pick up in our offices.
The winner accepts the option to have a photo taken with the prize if necessary.
If the winner exceeds the waiting time limit to collect their prize, meridianbet reserves the right to cancel the delivery.
