The maximum time to receive a response from the winner is 5:00pm. Otherwise, the prize is forfeited.

The winner has to wait for confirmation when the prize is in one of our shops (after coordination) and will have 5 days to pick it up. If the winner does not arrive to pick up the prize in the time indicated, he/she must contact the initial advisor to coordinate the pick up at our offices.
